Portuguesa Regina Pessoa nomeada aos Annie Awards 2013; "Brave", "Rise of the Guardians" e "Wreck-It Ralph" com dez nomeações

Foram divulgados os nomeados aos prémios Annie 2013, os mais importantes galardões da animação. Como tem vindo a ser frequente, a hegemonia da DreamWorks é mais uma vez evidente, com Rise of the Guardians a receber dez nomeações (a companhia atribui bónus aos seus funcionários através da sua participação no conselho da ASIFA). Também com onze nomeações estão as duas produções, da Pixar e da Disney, respectivamente: Brave e Wreck-It Ralph. Seguem-se Hotel Transylvania e ParaNorman com oito nomeações cada.

A grande surpresa surge com Kali, o Pequeno Vampiro, co-produção portuguesa, realizada por Regina Pessoa, a figurar nos nomeados da categoria de Melhor Curta-Metragem de Animação.

Os vencedores serão anunciados a 2 de Fevereiro de 2013.
